This policy is written to meet Google Play and general app store requirements, including how long any information is kept and how you can delete it. If you use the App, please read this page.

Summary (quick answers)
Topic What applies in the current version of the App
Personal data on our servers We do not run a sign-up system in this version and do not collect or store your personal data (name, email, phone, photos of your home) on our own servers for the core features described here.
Data on your device Any in-app state (for example, a recent simulation result) exists only in device memory for that session and is not written to long-term app storage in the current public build, unless your device or OS caches data in a way we do not control.
Sending data to the internet The App does not send your scan “results” or your camera images to our servers for the simulation feature; the “scan” is a local demonstration in the current release.
Location (GPS) The App does not use your device location in the current version.
How long we “keep” data (retention) See the section “Data retention and deletion” below — this is the information Google Play asked us to provide clearly.

How you can delete data (deletion) See the same section — step-by-step, including Clear data and uninstall.

What the App does in the current version (matches our store description)
This app does not collect personal user data on our servers in the way above (no account, no database of your profile on our side in this build).
Scan / inspection information in the current release is handled on the device as a local, simulated check, not a remote lab test. History-style lists in the app may show sample / illustration content, not a personal log stored for you in this version.
No data is transmitted to our external servers for the core “simulation” scan as implemented in the current app build.
Help / call – if you tap a control that places a call, your phone app opens. We do not automatically receive or store your phone number from that action.

Not medical or professional inspection advice – use a qualified professional for real mold assessment when needed.

Data retention and deletion (required information)
Google Play requires us to say (1) how long we keep your data and (2) how you can have it deleted. Here is that information in plain language.
(1) How long we keep your data (retention)
On our systems: In the current version, we do not offer a user account and do not intentionally store your name, address, device ID, or scan results in a customer database on Precise Mold Technology servers. So there is no fixed “cloud” retention period for that kind of data, because we are not collecting it there in this build.
On your device: Information shown while you use the App (for example, a recent simulation status) is meant to be short-lived and exists during your session in memory; it is not designed to be saved to permanent app storage in the current release. If the operating system or the App’s cache stores temporary data, you can clear it with Clear data / Clear storage as below.
If we add real cloud storage, accounts, or saved history in a future version, we will update this policy to state exact retention (for example: 30 days, 12 months, or until you delete) and we will update the Data safety section in Google Play.
(2) How you can delete your data and reset the App (deletion)
You can do any of the following, depending on what you want to remove:
End the session – fully close or force stop the App. Session-style information is not meant to stay after the App process ends (device behavior can vary).
Android – Clear data / Clear storage – open Settings → Apps (or Application manager) → Precise Mold → Storage (or Storage & cache) → Clear data or Clear storage (the exact name depends on your phone brand). This deletes the App’s data on that device, including app cache.
Uninstall the App – Settings → Apps → Precise Mold → Uninstall (or long-press the app icon and uninstall). This removes the App and its data from that device (subject to backups your phone may keep — check Google / device backup settings).
No company-held account in this version – because there is no login to our service in this build, you do not need a separate “delete my online account” step for Precise Mold Technology; there is no such account. If that changes in the future, this policy will include account deletion instructions.

Contact us – for questions, complaints, or requests about privacy, you can call 03126575889 or write to the address at the top. We will answer legitimate requests in line with applicable law.

How we use permissions (including CAMERA and storage)
You may see these on Android (as in the Play store listing and app manifest):
Permission Stated purpose
Camera Intended for mold / inspection–related use if we enable real image capture in a build (for example, visual check). In the current public build as implemented, the on-device “scan” is simulation-based and does not use the camera to take and analyze a photo.
Read external storage (where shown) May be used so the App can read files the user or system allow (for example, a saved report) if that feature is enabled in a future or regional build. The current build does not implement user report export in the same way as a full file-saving feature.
Write external storage (where shown) May be used to save or export an inspection or report to storage the user chooses, if that feature is available in your app version.
You can revoke permissions in Settings → Apps → Precise Mold → Permissions. Some current or future features may not work if a required permission is denied.

iOS – if the App shows Camera or Photos access on iOS, the system permission prompts apply when that feature is actually used.

Data sharing, advertising, and third parties
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers in the current product described here.
Google Play, Apple App Store (if applicable), Expo / React Native tooling, and your device manufacturer may process technical or operational information (for example, app install, updates, or crash diagnostics) under their privacy rules — please read Google’s and your OS’s documents for those.

If we add analytics or other SDKs in a future release, we will list them in this policy and in Google Play → Data safety. The open-source dependency set for the app as published does not include a separate ad or analytics SDK in the way some games do, but the OS and store may still log basic delivery data.

Security, children, and changes
We follow reasonable practices for the kind of app we offer; because little or no personal data is sent to us in the current build, the main protection is: data stays on your device unless and until you clear or remove the App.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through this service in a way that requires child-specific consent.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. If the App changes a lot, we will also update the Data safety form in Play Console so it matches this text. Using mismatched declarations in the Console and on this page can lead to rejection — we will try to keep them aligned.
